Seeing this post yesterday at A Field Journal really made me miss (and crave) caramel apples. We used to make them every year around Halloween at home growing up, and for the past three years, I've said to Nate, "I'm going to make caramel apples this year! Yum!" But we get busy, and I forget, and another autumn passes. But this year -- this month -- I'm going to do it!
